I  Created this Course based on my experiences in healing work and in recognition of how We , as Human beings feel Limited or Stuck because of Life Patterns or People who surround us. I recognized that there are many ways to find Awareness and that we can embrace all the ways without judging one or the other.
In 14 Intense years of healing work, and over 27 years  on my spiritual journey I observed varieties of challenges within people . Reiki was an amazing way to help others who carried blockages and self limiting beliefs/ Traumas that were subconscious but I  became aware that some would not walk the path of Reiki. Yet, the need to be Aware is extremely Important for All because without Awareness, We are like Robots, reacting and doing things that we are used to doing yet Suffering, because we keep seeing the same painful/unhealthy patterns around us. There is helplessness and hopelessness as the person watches life unfold over and over again in the same way.

It is My hope that creating this Course will help not just Reiki practitioners but those who are seeking Awareness to find answers from within. This is just one part of the big picture in Awareness but Its a good start ! 


There are two parts to this course. The first day begins with Observation of your Human Support structure. This is a technique to observe the people in your life as your subconscious mind has placed them NOT as you thought they should be. It has been quite a surprising discovery for those who have done this course to see that some of their support structure is not in the right place and thus a re-programming need to be done to gather back the inner strength or re-direct the flow of energy or support to the right place. 

This Awareness and Re-programming of the structure has had many wonderful results such as Releasing of Burdens or Self promised responsibilities, Understanding why there is a depletion of energy or Subconscious  Fear and even why you could not move forward in the direction you would like in life. Our support structure is very important as it circulates the energy of giving and receiving from ourselves to others and vice versa. If the person we believe in support of us, is in reality not a support anymore, this can subconsciously Block us from moving with confidence, as the mind believes there is a Crutch for you to lean on while in Reality there is nothing there and you keep falling every time you lean over.

The Second part to this Course is Awareness of your self limiting beliefs from Childhood to the Present moment. We will Observe beliefs that could be passed from Parents/ Society and your own Abilities and Re-programme any of these beliefs to a  healthier one in the Meditation. I have read many New age techniques for Laws of Attraction but in most, I find a Vital ingredient missing - LOVE. I find that creating with Love rather that greed or Fear is always more effective. Creating for the highest good and not just for One's sole benefit seems to get the Universe on our side as a Team member much more readily than any other methods I have seen.  


We will be working with a Beautiful 'Creation' Mandala that was passed on to me by my Angels and Guides during my Meditation for this course and we will  learn to create a Personal Creation Mandala for yourself in your Meditation. 

Techniques on Attracting Abundance , but most importantly working with the practical aspects of what you want to create is important. We can't just say I want a House thats beautiful. We need to understand what a beautiful home will feel like for you and make Practical steps to make that dream come true.  You will need to attract the Money to Buy the property have the right landlord who would give you that perfect price, the right Agent etc as these details are important too. 



 Course Outcome -

  • Meditation Techniques to Clear and Activate the Third eye for Clarity and Perception in life- This is also a Useful Technique in observation of Our inner world.
  • Observation of Human Support Structure in one's life Through the Sacral Chakra or Womb.
  • Discussion of the placements of people in your life.
  • Re - programming the correct structure for Maximum support.
  • Observation of Self limiting beliefs passed through childhood/ Adulthood based on Parents, Society or Self.
  • Reprogramming  healthy beliefs in Abundance and Self worthiness.
  • Using the Creation Mandala and Learning to Create your own.
  • Techniques for Magnetising and Attracting what you want individually, for Groups, Businesses or Projects.



The Two parts to this course is intricately combined as I find that Creative abilities are stronger if we are Masters of Our Inner world. As such, It is a challenge to want to create powerfully without the person clearing their own negative energy/Blockages or beliefs within. As a Teacher, I teach this course alongside a healing path and do expect students to be ready to work on themselves as we uncover some of the issues.
